Being Brave provides services such as therapy sessions, group programs, workshops, and training events. Please read our Shopping Policy carefully before making a booking or payment.

1. Services Offered

– Individual Therapy Sessions
– Group Therapy and Reflection Circles
– Workshops (For Parents, Professionals, Children)
– Training Programs and Webinars

2. Booking & Payments

– All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
– Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
– An invoice will be emailed to you after a successful transaction.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

– Therapy sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a reschedule. No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
– Workshops & Programs:
– Cancellation 7 days before the event – 100% refund.
– Cancellation 3–6 days before – 50% refund.
– Cancellation within 48 hours – non-refundable.
– If the event/session is cancelled by Being Brave, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

No refunds once digital content or recordings are shared.

5. Changes to Policy

Being Brave reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.
