Any cancellations from the therapist’s end will be informed to you 24 hours before or in case of emergencies (technical or otherwise) and will be rescheduled to the next slot as per both our convenience. 

The first last minute reschedule/no-show/cancellation at your end are Free of Cost.

For further sessions:

10-24 hours prior: 50% of the session fee.

0-10 hours prior or no-show*: Full session fee.

Exceptions may apply in emergencies, in which case a 50% session fee may be charged.

Extended Absence: If no sessions are taken for 60 days without prior notice, your slot may be reassigned.

*In case of a no-show, where the client does not show up to the session for 10 minutes after the allotted session time, the session will be considered cancelled and full session fee is applicable. A maximum of 2 no-shows shall be accommodated in a span of 2 months.
